HECHO is the first Las Vegas restaurant from the Flores Family, one of the most respected families in Mexican cuisine. Their trademark, authentic Sonoran-style cooking from Northern Mexico is based on generations of authentic, time-honored recipes. Inspired entrees include handmade tamales and street-style tacos. Lick, Shoot, Suck
In Mexico, the most common way to enjoy tequila is “neat.” Outside Mexico, tequila is often consumed with salt and lime. This is called Tequila Cruda and is sometimes referred to as “training wheels.”
Tequila is made from the Blue Agave Plant, primarily in the area surrounding the city of Tequila, northwest of Guadalajara, and in the highlands of the northwestern Mexican state of Jalisco.
It is a common misconception that tequilas contain a worm in the bottle. Only certain mezcals, usually from the state of oaxaca, are ever sold con gusano (with worm).

White spirit, unaged and bottled, stored immediately after distillation or aged less than two months in stainless steel or neutral oak barrels.
Aged for a minimum of two months, but less than a year in oak barrels.
Mezcal may be made from other varieties of the agave plant, not just blue agave, like its sister tequila. Known for a smoky flavor due to the artisanal process of cooking the piñas underground in an earthen pit lined with volcanic rock.
Aged a minimum of one year, but less than three years in small oak barrels.
