Before you arrive.

What security deposit is required?

A security deposit of $100 per day will be required upon check in, with a maximum of $400 for credit cards and $200 for debit cards.

What is the resort fee?

A daily resort fee of $35.84 (tax inclusive) will be applied to all reservations. The resort fee includes: Property-wide high speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll free calls, airline boarding pass printing, notary service, and fitness center access for guests 18+.

What’s the minimum age requirement for check-in at MGM Grand?

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in at MGM Grand.

How many guests are allowed in the room?

Hotel policy allows a maximum of (4) four guests over the age of 12, and (1) guest 12 or younger per room. If there are more than 2 people, regardless of age, there will be an additional charge of $40.00 plus tax per additional guest, per night.

What types of amenities are included in your rooms?

All of our rooms include the following amenities: Hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Coffee makers are not included, however you may arrange for fresh coffee to be delivered to your room at a specified time by calling Room Service the night before. All accommodations offer High-Speed Internet access.

Do you allow smoking in guest rooms?

All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We do have designated smoking areas throughout our casino and outdoor areas.

Does your hotel offer room accommodations for the physically challenged?

MGM does offer room accommodations for the physically challenged with amenities ranging from roll-in showers to bathroom handrails. Please contact MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777 for additional information.

Does MGM Grand Hotel allow pets?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on property, with the exception of assistance animals (those needed to assist the physically challenged). If you should require information on boarding kennels, please call MGM Grand Reservations at 1-888-646-1203 or (702) 891-7777.

When can I check-in and check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 3pm however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is prepared. Your rooms are guaranteed to be ready anytime after 3pm. You may have the option to check-in early (prior to 1pm) for a fee of $25, based upon availability. Our standard check-out time is 11am. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon occupancy and availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.

Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?

We are sorry, but we do not provide transportation to and from the airport. You may contact our Concierge to assist you with booking shuttle or car transportation. They can be reached by phone at 877.660.0660.

How do I check out?

When it comes time to leave, you can check out… • From your TV – Select CHECKOUT on the main menu • At the Kiosks located in our lobby • By Email – You will receive an email to the email address you provided at check in on the day of your departure • Using the Express Checkout form – fill out the form and drop it into one of the Express drop boxes • At the Front Desk

How can I get a late checkout?

Late checkouts are available for a nominal fee and are based upon availability. Please contact the Front Desk for more information.

Are refrigerators available?

Yes, we have a limited number of refrigerators available for a fee of $25 plus tax per night, based upon availability.

Are roll-a-way beds available?

We do not have roll-a-way beds available but some rooms do feature a sofa bed. These rooms are based upon availability; please contact the Front Desk for more information.
