TOM COLICCHIO BRINGS ‘WICHCRAFT TO MGM GRAND
LAS VEGAS – Award-winning chef Tom Colicchio brings an offshoot of his New York City ‘wichcraft sandwich shop to MGM Grand. The sophisticated sandwich shop exemplifies Colicchio’s philosophy of good, clean flavors derived from unique combinations of the freshest, seasonal ingredients. ‘wichcraft offers a mix of breakfast pastries, hot and cold sandwiches and anytime sweets. The outstanding sandwich selections include Colicchio’s signature warm house-roasted pork loin sandwich served with red cabbage, jalapenos and mustard on ciabatta and Sicilian tuna with fennel, black olives and lemon confit served up on a crusty baguette. Additional sandwich offerings on the ‘wichcraft menu include Colicchio’s versions of classic sandwiches, such as the Rueben and the turkey club. Breakfast sandwiches, available all day, include Collichio’s signature skirt steak with fried eggs and oyster mushrooms on a ciabatta roll and his prosciutto with sweet butter on a baguette.
If a quick pick-me-up is all you need, Craftsteak’s pastry chef Melinda Eusantos is sure to satisfy with specialties such as sticky buns, seasonal fruit muffins and scones and a variety of cream’wich cookies.
The beverage selections at ‘wichcraft are as distinctive as the meal options. Favoring unique products, the beverage selections are ordered from smaller producers. Soft drink offerings include Fizzy Lizzy juice drinks, Boylan sodas, while Fat Tire Ale and Wild Horse merlot are examples of the beer and wine options.
