LAS VEGAS – Unveiled as a rare and private sanctuary of sleek, elegant two-story accommodations, SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand sits high above the spectacle that is the Las Vegas Strip. The glamorous Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond SKYLOFTS offers discerning visitors the quintessential Loft environment harmonizing design, décor, ambiance and unparalleled vistas.

Through the masterful vision of world-renowned designer Tony Chi, SKYLOFTS embodies an ambiance of indulgence and understated elegance wrapped within neutral tones and graced by rich textural fabrics. Located on the top two floors of MGM Grand, each of the 51 lofts features 24-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows providing dramatic views of the world’s most famous skyline from every angle.

Priced from $600 to $10,000 per night, SKYLOFTS accommodations are available in one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and range in size from 1,400 – 6,000 square feet. Designed to accommodate Las Vegas’ most sophisticated guests, the elegant SKYLOFTS are outdone only by the extraordinary level of personalized service provided by the SKYLOFTS’ staff.


The Height of Personal Service

The personal service begins with complimentary airport transfers in a Maybach 62, a Concierge greeting each guest upon arrival, pre-registration and in-Loft check-in. Upon arrival at SKYLOFTS, guests are greeted and pampered by their personal butler who is available 24 hours a day to meet their needs.

Trained in the art of relaxation, the butler provides an array of amenities that can turn the Loft into each guest’s personal spa. The selection includes fragrant bath oils and salts, candlelight, aromatherapy scents, mood lighting and calming music. Also available are the ultimate in sleep amenities – a selection of pillows, herbal teas and relaxing music to ensure an idyllic night’s sleep. Complimentary luggage unpacking and packing services by the butler are provided and include pressing and shoe shine.


The Quintessential Guest Service Program

Attending to needs outside of the Loft is the SKYLOFTS’ concierge who contacts each guest prior to arrival to assist with every need including preferred seating at world-class restaurants such as Joël Robuchon and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, as well as Shibuya, Craftsteak and NOBHILL.

The concierge also provides preferred seating at MGM Grand’s Cirque du Soleil spectacle KÀ and MGM Grand Garden Arena events as well as provides personal recommendations on dining and entertainment throughout the city.

Available on a 24-hour basis are Business Center services, laundry/shoeshine services and maid service with twice-daily Loft refreshing.

The SKYLOFTS’ experience need not end upon departure. Convenient SKYTRAVEL gourmet meal boxes are the perfect sendoff. Offered for breakfast, lunch or dinner, tempting meal choices can include smoked salmon, roast beef on pretzel bread, seared beef filet and Australian lobster tail.


Life at the Top

Within each Loft, extraordinary custom amenities await each guest, including daily fresh fruit, daily delivery of major national newspapers and Internet editions of hometown newspapers and unique daily morning and evening turndown amenities. Prior to each guest’s arrival, the concierge discusses preferences for stocking the Loft’s custom private bar and preferred selections of four exclusive coffees for use with the in-Loft espresso machine.

An oasis of indulgence, the SKYLOFTS’ bath is highlighted by the “Immersion Chamber,” the most decadent of shower experiences, including steam, rain, side jets and some with a view of Las Vegas. The bath also features an infinity-edge tub with a “Champagne Bubbles” massage function. This luxurious bath experience is enhanced by a selection of Bulgari amenities.

For the ultimate Loft experience, spectacular Terrace Lofts provide breathtaking views of Las Vegas from private bi-level balconies featuring intimate whirlpool spas and lounge seating. Special amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness room just steps away from the master suite, a library and full-size kitchen.

When the Loft proves too tempting to leave, 24-hour, in-Loft dining service is available, prepared specially by the SKYLOFTS’ kitchen. Exclusive dinner selections from Craftsteak, Shibuya, Diego, SEABLUE, NOBHILL, Pearl, Emeril Lagasse’s New Orleans Fish House and Fiamma Trattoria also are available for in-Loft dining.

Conveniently located nearby, SKYSPA is available exclusively for SKYLOFTS’ guests. In this pampering, 24-hour environment, guests can relax in traditional Japanese soaking tubs made of Portuguese limestone, unwind with a massage given on a cashmere-wrapped table or enjoy a healthy workout in a fitness center offering expansive views of the Las Vegas valley.

Guests looking to further unwind from the stresses of the day or those in search of a casual cocktail before a night on the town are invited to experience SKYLOUNGE. Each evening from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., SKYLOFTS’ lobby transforms into a cool, sophisticated lounge environment ideal for enjoying a quiet libation. Soft candlelight, comfortable seating and attentive service create a setting of relaxed elegance. Refreshments include SKYLOFTS’ signature SKYTINI, an indulgent concoction of Effen Black Cherry Vodka mixed with vanilla, lime and lemon, and topped with frozen black cherries.


Elegant Entertaining

Surrounded by the most advanced and sophisticated technology, SKYLOFTS’ guests are able to create their preferred environment through use of custom-designed remote controls that operate the TV, DVD, radio, draperies, temperature and lighting. Custom-designed Bang & Olufsen and Sony HDTV audio-visual equipment are integrated within each Loft, along with 32-inch LCD monitors above every tub and televisions placed within the mirror in each bathroom.

SKYLOFTS also features iPod docking stations, allowing personal playlists to be heard throughout the Loft. Guests without their own may use one of SKYLOFTS’ iPods at no additional cost for the duration of their stay. A Music Butler, available 24 hours a day, will even load the loaned iPod with the guest’s selections from SKYLOFTS’ extensive compilation list.

Music choices range from Country, Dance and Rock to Classical, International and Jazz. Once the music is selected and uploaded, the Music Butler will return to the Loft to set up this highly personalized auditory experience.
