PEARL ~ A CULINARY GEM
Chinese tradition with contemporary presentation

Las Vegas – A Chinese restaurant with contemporary presentation, Pearl features authentic cuisine with live seafood and a product-driven menu that changes daily.
Pearl was among the first restaurants added to MGM Grand as the resort matured into a world-class culinary destination. “Pearl joins the resort’s unmatched selection of restaurants,” said Gamal Aziz, president and chief operating officer of MGM Grand. “Pearl reinforces our dedication to creating elegant, one-of-a-kind dining experiences for our guests.”
The menu features select items from each Asian cooking method (steamed, braised, baked and fried) in five categories, plus dessert. Signature items include Spider Prawn Dumplings, Dungeness Crab Spring Rolls and a Steamed Maine and Australian Lobster Tasting.
The tea trolley in Pearl is unique to Chinese restaurants in the United States and includes a selection of 12 exotic Chinese teas prepared tableside.
Pearl’s contemporary presentation is evident throughout the dining experience. A dedicated wine cellar, an aperitif trolley and a digestif selection along with a Sommelier, also not usually found in traditional Chinese restaurants, assist guests with wine and beverage pairings throughout the meal.
Featuring French pastries, desserts at Pearl are a departure from the traditional offerings of Asian restaurants. The tempting finale includes Frozen Coconut Parfait and Strawberry Gratin, Chocolate and Cappuccino Mousse and a selection of Lychee, Green Tea and Passion Fruit Sorbet with Seasonal Fruits.

Designed by Tony Chi, Pearl exudes a quiet sophistication with a residential penthouse feel. Two private dining rooms add to the allure of Pearl. The MoMo Room, which houses Las Vegas’ largest lazy Susan, seats up to 24 guests and the DiDi Room can hold up to 50.
Pearl is open for dinner nightly from 5:30 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.
