Featured on the cover of Wine Spectator, SEABLUE is the creation of James Beard award-winning chef Michael Mina. Inspired by the bustling ports and marketplaces of the Mediterranean, the innovative restaurant’s two lively open kitchens prepare seafood over a wood-fired grill. The ocean theme is carried throughout the space with walls of stone and water.
