Most purchases are shipped from our distribution center in Las Vegas, to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from receipt of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy

Please provide all appropriate contact information (name, phone number, address, etc.) along with a copy of the receipt with the returned item(s).

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on any bedding items.

You may return/exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MGM Grand at Home within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.

Returned items will be credited back in the manner they were bought. Cash or Travelers check will be refunded using a mail check from MGM Grand (Mailed checks are subject to a 4-6 day waiting period).
