Welcome to the Grand Spa. Here, the day’s worries melt away as our highly professional staff attends to your comfort. It is our goal to lavish attention on you, so we ask that each guest help us maintain a relaxing, unhurried atmosphere by following the few simple requests below. Thank you.
Spa Tour
To protect the privacy and comfort of our spa guests, we do not offer tours of the Grand Spa lower levels. Viewing of the Fitness Center on the upper level is permitted.
Spa Apparel
The separate Men's and Women's spa areas are a clothing-optional environment. We provide spa robes and sandals. It is recommended during a Body Treatment or Massage that those treatments are enjoyed without clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the duration of the service for privacy. All guests are required to take a shower prior to their services. Spa services are best enjoyed without jewelry. Although we provide safety deposit boxes, it’s recommended that you travel light to the spa with little or no jewelry.
Appointment Times
Spa treatment begins at the appointment time, so we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and changing. You’re invited to enjoy our full spa facility prior to or after your treatment. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and will reduce the integrity of the treatment. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment.
Miscellaneous
- You may request a male or female therapist. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular therapist.
- Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment, Salt Scrub or Men's Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four hours prior to your service.
- Massages or body scrubs are not recommended if sunburned.
- Alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the Grand Spa.
- We are unable to offer massages or skin care services to anyone under the age of 18.
- Our spa is an adult environment, designed for ages 18 and older. Young adults under the age of 18 are invited to enjoy services at Cristophe Salon.
- In order to protect our peaceful environment, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off while at the spa.
- For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all treatments.
Non-Hotel Guests
We are pleased to invite non-hotel guests to use our spa services Monday through Thursday. Spa Facility passes are available to hotel guests only.
